gluten free breadbreakfast bagsmall table
the staff was very helpful they bought gluten free bread for me every morning i also had an early morning flight they prepared a breakfast bag. it was ready for me i was very grateful i could take it with me it was a nice touch.
the eggs seemed chopped up from toureen the dining tables were quite small shower head could not be adjusted i had to hold it in place to direct stream

The location was near a tram stop so getting around was quick. Ken provided helpful directions and suggested Food Hallen.
The bed was terrible and hard it was not comfortable at all. I was not able to sleep well at all and felt restless each morning due to the lack of support it offered. Surely they have noticed this I find this to be quite the letdown.

The staff was really helpful. they answered my questions about local attractions near the hotel. my room included a balcony overlooking a quiet street, which i found lovely. the breakfast buffet offered a nice variety. I especially liked the fresh pastries. the bathroom had a spacious shower stall. It felt luxurious.
the room was smaller than i anticipated.

The room door did not close properly. I informed the reception, but they could not fix it. my room was accessible at all times. only one staff member was nice (others didn't even smile).
